FLEXIBILITY WHEN PLANS CHANGE

We understand that plans can change. Depending on how far in advance you notify us, a transfer or date change may be possible under the Cool-Cat Booking Promise.

IF COOL-CAT CANCELS YOUR BOOKING:

If Cool-Cat cancels your confirmed booking, you can choose between a refund of the amounts paid or a transfer to alternative dates, subject to availability and the applicable booking terms.

OUR BOOKING TERMS:

• More than 60 days before arrival: Your 60% deposit may be transferred once to new dates, subject to availability. Your eligible “Grand Opening Special” rate remains protected if your replacement stay is completed by 30 November 2027.
• 31–60 days before arrival: Your deposit is non-refundable. Date changes may be allowed, subject to availability.
• 14–30 days before arrival: Your deposit is non-refundable. Date changes may be considered if Cool-Cat can resell your original dates.
• Less than 14 days before arrival or a no-show: The booking is fully non-refundable, depending on management decision.
• If Cool-Cat cancels: You may choose a refund of amounts paid or a transfer to alternative dates, subject to availability.
• Third-party adventures: Supplier cancellation, rescheduling and weather policies apply where relevant.
• Opening Special transfers: The eligible Opening Special rate can be transferred only once and remains subject to the stated stay-completion deadline.
